Delete your RiseLoop account

In the app

1. Open RiseLoop and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@riseloop.app from the Google address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my RiseLoop account”. We will confirm with you by email before deleting, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

The following is deleted within 7 days:

• your email, display name and Google account ID
• your daily targets and their history
• your body data (sex, birth date, height) and all weight log entries
• your goal questionnaire history
• all meal logs
• your daily water intake log
• all daily health journal entries, and the request identifiers that prevent duplicate sends
• step counts and sleep time synced from Apple Health or Health Connect
• the problem reports you sent
• feedback sent through TestFlight with the same Apple ID email as your account (our copy; the copy in App Store Connect is deleted when you ask by email)
• all food photos, and estimate results you have not saved
• nutrition-label photos kept for our team to review, and the copy of label numbers kept for comparison
• your AI estimate usage counts

Error reports sent to Google (only if you chose to send them): we ask Google to delete them when you delete your account; deletion is completed within 30 days.

What is kept

The following is kept for security, abuse prevention and evidence of consent:

• records of sign-ins, consent, account deletion and below-minimum-age birth dates, in pseudonymous form (your email is stored only as a keyed hash), for 1 year
• the email address your beta invitation was sent to, until the closed beta ends

Product label numbers you shared with a barcode stay as product information, linked to no account; label numbers only you could see are deleted with your account.

Daily journal drafts not yet sent live on your device. When you delete your account in the app, the app starts removing them; if the app closes before cleanup finishes, an encrypted draft may remain on the device, but it is never used for a different account.
